dec 16 standard holiday shipping deadline
Happy Holidays! We are shipping all over the country an abroad this Holiday. For standard mail (3-5 day standard), DEC 16th 3PM PST is the cutoff day for guaranteed delivery by December 24th. by the ounce and bag
We provide teas in 2 ounce increments. 2 ounces brews about 14-20 cups of tea and is the minimum order amount per tea. There are some exceptions, like our #43 fine matcha that is sold by the tin. The loose leaf teas are fresh packaged in foil, plastic lined bags that are light, air and moisture resistant and will keep your tea fresh for months.
simple flat rates
Orders under $75 addressed to a physical location (PO Boxes accepted) within the contiguous United States qualify for our standard flat rate of $7.00 for Ground shipping. However, if your zip code is classified as rural, a $2 surcharge will apply. Some exceptions will apply. Orders placed by 3pm PST are shipped by next business day, ensuring a prompt and timely delivery of all your packages.
Free Shipping
Orders of $75 or more addressed to a physical location (sorry, no PO Boxes) within the contiguous United States qualify for free Standard shipping. However, if your zip code is classified as rural, a $2 surcharge will apply. Outside of contiguous United States, rates are calculated based on weight and distance. Orders placed by 3pm PST are shipped by next business day, ensuring a prompt and timely delivery of all your packages.
free in-store pickup
Select the In-Store Pickup Option as your Shipping option in Checkout and we'll have your teas ready for you when you arrive at the RemedyTeas Seattle location. Allow 12-24hrs for turnaround. Standard delivery times are one to six business days, depending on location and shipping selection. (Standard, Second Day and Next Day Express)

Rural Surcharge
Delivery to rural areas requires added services and therefore costs a bit more. If your zip code is on our shippers rural list, a $2 surcharge may apply.
Alaska or Hawaii
We ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii. The shipping fee is higher. We must ship AK and HI orders with Priority Mail at a slightly higher cost. Orders can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered (but normally arrive within 2 weeks).
PO Boxes and APO/FPO shipping
We ship to PO boxes, as well as APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail service.
Incorrect or Old Addresses
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to submit correct and current address information. RemedyTeas uses the least costly shipping method (u.s.p.s) and we are unable to reroute packages. To prevent this, please double check your order on the final screen before submitting it and check under your account and delete any out of date or incorrect addresses.
International
We use Air Mail to ship orders to a select group of international locations. Please contact us to see if your country is listed, and estimates of cost.
